Shipping
Where do you ship from?
Every order ships from a warehouse or print facility inside the United States. Nothing is routed from overseas, so you are not waiting three weeks and you are not paying customs.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 2–5 business days after that. You get tracking by email the moment it ships.
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders over $50. Under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Use the Track Your Order link in the menu, or the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Sizing
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page has exact measurements in inches for each size. Measure a garment you already own and love, compare it to the chart, and order that size. Our Size Guide page walks through how to measure.
Do things run big or small?
Streetwear and Y2K pieces are cut oversized on purpose. Old money knitwear and blazers run closer to true to size. When in doubt, follow the measurements, not the letter.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have tags attached.
How do I return something?
Email gilcreastrodney@gmail.com with your order number. We reply with a prepaid label and the right return address for your item. Do not ship anything back before contacting us — our products ship from more than one facility.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 7 days with a photo. We replace it or refund you in full including shipping, and you pay nothing to send it back.
Do you do exchanges?
Return the original for a refund and place a new order. Sizes sell out fast — reordering right away is the only way to lock in the one you want.
Orders and payment
What payment methods do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Shop Pay also lets you split larger orders into payments.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we will try. Once it is picked and packed we cannot pull it back.
My discount code will not work.
Only one code per order, and codes do not stack with other promotions. Email us and we will sort it out.
