30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email gilcreastrodney@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with a prepaid return label and the correct return address for your item.

Please do not ship anything back before contacting us. Our products ship from more than one US facility, so the correct return address depends on the item. Packages sent back without an approved return cannot be accepted or refunded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or colour you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Sizes move quickly, so ordering the replacement right away is the only way to guarantee it.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full including shipping, and you never pay to return our mistake.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection we approve it and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us.

Non-returnable items

Final sale and clearance items, gift cards, and any item returned worn, washed, altered or without tags.

Return shipping cost

Returns for size or change of mind: the cost of the prepaid label is deducted from your refund. Returns for damage, defect or our error: free.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
