Orders

Who runs Apparel By Junior?

It is a small, independently owned online store based in Tucson, Arizona, owned and run by Rodney Gilcreast Jr. We are online-only and have no retail location.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can only change or cancel an order that has not been sent to the fulfilment partner yet.

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely by Shopify.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

US orders: original-art tees and print-on-demand items take 2 to 5 business days after your order ships; partner-warehouse styles take 7 to 15 business days. International orders take about 10 to 25 business days after your order ships. The product page states which applies. See Shipping Information.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free on US orders over $35. Under $35, and for international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, to most countries. A few items (our fast US-warehouse basics) ship to US addresses only and are not offered at checkout for other countries. International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by your country; these are the buyer's responsibility and are paid on delivery.

Returns

What is your return policy?

US orders: you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. International orders: 7 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and in the original packaging. Email us first and we will send instructions and the correct address. For international returns you pay the return shipping, and import duties and taxes are not refundable. See the refund policy.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not exchange directly. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
