Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Apparel By Junior is a US-based store in Point, Texas. Every order is fulfilled from a warehouse or print facility inside the United States. Nothing is routed from overseas, so there are no customs delays and no import charges.

Processing time

Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Printed items are made to order and take 2 to 3 business days before they ship.

Delivery time

US delivery is 2 to 5 business days after your order ships. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on US orders over $50. Under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. You can also use the Track Your Order link in our menu at any time.

Split shipments

Our products ship from more than one US facility. If your order contains items from different facilities it may arrive in separate packages at different times, at no extra cost to you. Each package gets its own tracking number.

Wrong address

Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address we will reship it once you cover the return shipping cost. Email us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake and we will try to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the package, check with your household and neighbours first, then email us within 7 days. We will open a carrier claim and make it right.
