Where we ship

We ship to the United States and to most countries worldwide. Some items ship to US addresses only (our fast US-warehouse basics); those are not offered at checkout for international addresses, and each product page and the checkout show what is available for your address.

Where orders ship from

Apparel By Junior is an online-only store based in Tucson, Arizona. Original-art tees and print-on-demand items are printed to order and shipped from print facilities. Other styles ship from partner warehouses, which may be outside the United States. Each product page shows which applies.

Processing and delivery

• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Printed items are made to order and take 2 to 3 business days before they ship.
• US orders, original-art tees and print-on-demand items: estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days after your order ships.
• US orders, partner-warehouse styles: estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days after your order ships.
• International orders: estimated delivery is 10 to 25 business days after your order ships, depending on the destination and customs.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and weather can affect them.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on US orders over $35. Under $35, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, and shown before you pay. International shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay; free shipping over $35 applies to US orders only.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility, paid to the carrier or customs office on delivery. We do not control these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

Tracking and split shipments

You get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Products ship from more than one facility, so an order with items from different facilities may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers, at no extra cost.

Wrong address, lost or stolen packages

Check your address carefully at checkout. If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the package, check with your household and neighbours first, then email us within 7 days.

How to choose your size

Sizing varies between styles and between the manufacturers that make them, so there is no single chart that fits every item. Please use the sizes listed on each product page. Where a manufacturer supplies garment measurements, they are shown in the product description.

Our tips

• If you are between two sizes, size up. Many of our styles are cut loose or oversized on purpose.
• Compare a similar item you already own, laid flat, with the measurements on the product page.
• Check the product photos and the fit notes in the description (for example relaxed, oversized or fitted).

Our Return & Exchange Policy

14-day returns (US orders)

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

International orders

For orders delivered outside the United States the return window is 7 days from delivery, on the same condition terms (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, original packaging). You pay the return shipping, and import duties and taxes on international orders are not refundable.

How to start a return

Email gilcreastrodney@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address for your item.

Please do not ship anything back before contacting us. Our products ship from more than one facility, so the correct return address depends on the item. Packages sent back without an approved return cannot be accepted or refunded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or colour you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Sizes move quickly, so ordering the replacement right away is the only way to guarantee it.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full including shipping, and you never pay to return our mistake.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection we approve it and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us.

Non-returnable items

Final sale and clearance items, gift cards, and any item returned worn, washed, altered or without tags. Jewelry, bodysuits, intimates, swimwear and beauty items are also non-returnable.

Return shipping cost

Returns for size or change of mind: you pay the return shipping (US orders: the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund). Returns for damage, defect or our error: free.
